DOES IT REALLY FLOAT?
Yes. A magnetic field in the base keeps the scene suspended in mid-air and slowly spins it 360°. No wires, no tricks.
HOW DO I SET IT UP?
Plug in the base, bring the scene about 2 cm above it until the magnet catches it, then let go. The lights switch on by themselves, no wires.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed to you as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. Times and areas are listed in our shipping policy.
WHAT IF THE POWER GOES OUT?
Without power the magnet switches off and the scene comes down. To be safe, lift the scene off the base before unplugging the adapter.
DOES IT MAKE NOISE?
No. The levitation is completely silent: you only hear your room and see the city spin.
